Event Details:

Commack Day will be held rain or shine. Vendors are permitted to promote their business and sell products. Vendors offering food or drinks must provide proof of insurance and a valid license certificate.

Payment Information:

The vendor fee for participation is $300. Upon approval, vendors will be contacted to make the payment either by check or credit card, payable to "Commack Day". Please note, there are no refunds once payment is made.

Application Submission:

Please complete this form and submit it for approval to be a part of Commack Day. Ensure all information is accurate and complete. Upon approval, we will contact you regarding payment details.

Exhibit Rules and Regulations:

Exhibit rules and regulations have been formulated in the best interest of all exhibitors. Regulations are a part of the agreement between the exhibitor and the Agents representing Commack Day.  Any failure on the part of the exhibitor/their agents to comply with the regulations represents a default and termination of the contract. The exhibitor will forfeit the amount paid for space rental.  Exhibitor spaces may not be re-sold, sublet or shared.  All exhibitor applications must be approved and are subject to being rejected at the discretion of the agents representing Commack Day.
